LTC Quotecards: January ’15 Edition

Boom! The first month of 2015 has flown by and already most have gotten stuck into their training whether it be for Two Oceans, The Argus or the many other epic adventures out there.

Hopefully, the LTC Quotecards have been providing that extra oomph when motivation and inspiration was needed most. We plan to continue posting these for as long as we have cool pics to share (or until we run out of inspiring quotes 🙂 ).

As mentioned in the previous LTC Quotecard post, we’ve launched two categories:

  1. The Monday Inspiration – this is the spark to get you back onto (or to start) your training routine
  2. The Friday Call to Adventure – the challenge to get out there and experience life on the front lines away from the couch

If you missed the January posts, here they are…

Join the movement

Leave the couch is not just a blog about my random outings, reviews and other stuff.

It is a challenge for everyone to join in on the movement and to seek adventure!

Thanks to those who have contributed their pics so far 🙂 Please keep sending me more pics as you #leavethecouch and you could be featured on one of our quotecards.

Send your photos to fareed@leavethecouch.co.za with your name, twitter and instagram handles and you could be bringing inspiration to others on one of our future posts in 2015!

– Peace
